

The first cover and the Dude's design are a homage to The Big Lebowski, in which the main character also goes by the name "The Dude".As the player completes errands, more of Edensin opens up for them to explore. In addition, optional side errands are available to the player which can be completed for cash. These jobs can be completed either through lethal or non-lethal means.

What follows is five days of misadventure working for five different bosses: Joseph Bellow, the friendly (but creepy) employment agent, on Monday, El Plago, the brutal and Bane-inspired leader of the Mexican Cartel, on Tuesday, Mike J, the bidet-loving mayor of Edensin, on Wednesday, Vince Desi, the capo of the Syndicate, on Thursday, and The Boss, the enigmatic kingpin that controls Edensin from the shadows, on Friday.įollowing in the footsteps of POSTAL 2, the game is an errand-based first person shooter with levels divided into days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.Įach day, the Postal Dude is given a series of jobs (known as "errands" in POSTAL 2) to complete. Needing cash, they head for the nearby town of Edensin to find work, and hopefully, his lost home. During a gas station rest stop, Postal Dude has his car and trailer stolen, leaving him with nothing but his bathrobe. Several years after Paradise Lost, The Postal Dude and his loyal companion, Champ, drive aimlessly through the scorching deserts of Arizona looking for a new place to call home.
